NEXORA ("the app", "we") is a platform for finding, creating and booking activities, groups and programs. This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and login credentials (managed by our sign-in provider Clerk).
• Profile data: bio, interests, language and an optional website you choose to add.
• Activity data: activities you create, book, apply to, favorite, review, and messages you send in the in-app chat.
• Images: images you upload or generate with AI for your activities.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

2. How we use the data

We use the data to provide the app's features: showing activities, handling bookings and payments, enabling chat between participants and hosts, sending in-app notifications, and improving the service.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. Data is only shared with the providers required to run the service: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Replit (hosting and storage) and OpenAI via Replit (AI-generated images – only the text you enter as the image description is sent).

4. Retention and deletion

Data is stored for as long as you have an account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
