By using NEXORA you agree to these terms of service.
NEXORA connects hosts who organize activities with participants who book them. The host is responsible for the content and delivery of the activity. NEXORA is not a party to the agreement between host and participant.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for preventing others from using your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are set by the host. Cancellations follow the conditions stated for each activity. Paid bookings may be refunded according to the host's cancellation terms.
You may not use the app for illegal content, harassment, spam or misleading activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain the rights to content you upload but grant us the right to display it in the app. You are responsible for having the right to use the images and text you publish.
The app is provided as is. We are not liable for damages arising in connection with activities booked through the app.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
